• JavaScript must be enabled. To enable JavaScript in your browser follow these instructions:

In Mozilla Firefox:

1. In the menu bar in the upper left-hand corner click Tools > Options.
2. In the window that opens click the "Content" icon
3. Make sure that the "Enable JavaScript" box is checked.
4. Click the "OK" button to save the settings and close the window.

In Microsoft Internet Explorer:

1. In the menu bar in the upper left-hand corner click Tools > Internet Options.
2. In the window that opens click the "Security" tab.
3. Click on the "Custom Level" button, which opens another window.
4. Make sure that "Active Scripting" is enabled.
5. Click the "OK" button to save the settings and close the window.

Some spam blockers and anti-virus applications may also disable JavaScript.
