FreeMe Wildlife is seeking to expand its existing small-predator rehabilitation facilities in Kwazulu-Natal Midlands, through the addition of three large enclosures.
The current facilities limit the number of species that can be accommodated at any one time. The expansion will provide additional space for predators, which include Servals, Caracals, Jackals, Cape foxes, African Wildcats and Otters.
The improved facilities will provide more appropriate rehabilitation space, greater opportunities for natural movement and behaviour, improved enrichment and better preparation for release into natural habitat.
